Our Services

One-on-One

The most individualized coaching membership suitable for beginners and those with specific needs/injuries. The one-on-one attention will allow for optimal usage of time when training, making sure every movement pattern is done correctly and efficiently. Members will undergo a basic assessment for the coaches to get a full scope of the member’s skill level and to structure the best program possible. This is also a great option in which scheduling with the coach can be more flexible.

Semi-Private

Our most popular, all inclusive coaching membership. It's our version of one-on-one personal training but with the addition of a small community. Why this approach? Our semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for a fraction of the cost. You'll also get to workout alongside likeminded individuals who will keep you motivated and excited for every workout.

Online/Remote

Whether members workout at their own local gym or at home, the program is uniquely designed based on the member’s skill level and equipment accessibility. Every week, members get access to multiple days of training to do on their own time, wherever they want. And of course, we also have our nutrition support system followed by a nutrition consultation (as well as weekly check ins) to make sure members stay motivated and on track. You’ll have access to the program via our app.
